Evenly divided, the round is full, and the long companion student Qian Liming. As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, the annual picnic of the Alumni Association of Peking University Greater Washington will be held. It was the Saturday before the Mid-Autumn Festival (September 6), and the location was still the "old place" - Cabin John Regional Park. The Alumni Association has rented a pavilion, bought wine and prepared food, and sincerely invites new and old alumni and "Friends of Peking University" to celebrate the festive season.

Hand-worn lamb skewers, special barbecue, and cold Sichuan noodles are all must-have dishes for the annual picnic of Peking University. This year, in order to increase the fun of the picnic, the alumni association is unique and will also launch the "Cold Dish Cooking Competition" to encourage alumni and friends of Peking University to take out "unique skills" to meet friends. At present, the cold dish cooking competition has solicited the following prizes worth nearly $100: Han Gong, Hai Ji and Liu Ding Ji restaurants, and local chickens and eggs from Happy Farm. 6 to 7 winners will be selected. Beida Cookery Gods, don't miss it!

Can't cook? It's ok. Come with a good appetite and a good mood. The lush, refreshing and pleasant Cabin John Park is one of the largest and most complete parks in Montgomery County. Outside the pavilion, there are not only children's playgrounds, small trains, but also forest trails and sports venues for adults to walk and exercise, which is most suitable for the whole family to relax and entertain.

The annual picnic is a "brand" event of the Peking University Alumni Association. Recalling the old and welcoming the new and expanding the network, many alumni join the big family of the alumni association through the picnic platform. This year, the Alumni Association Council will be handed over at the picnic. We hope that the majority of alumni and their families, and friends from all walks of life who have been concerned about the Peking University Greater Washington Alumni Association will actively participate and witness together.

If you still have enthusiasm and spare energy, welcome to join the alumni association volunteer team. We need the help of our enthusiastic alumni to pick up new students, cook noodles for shopping, and barbecue on site. Together, let us create a happy Mid-Autumn Festival together!

Note: In order to expand the scale of the "Cold Dish Cooking Competition", the alumni association welcomes businesses to participate and generous sponsors.
