Dear Alumni and Friends:

Here is an announcement for the 1st Beida vs. Qinghua Golf Tournament:

The first Beida vs. Qinghua golf tournament will be held at Redgate
Golf Course (14500 Avery Rd Rockville, MD 20850, 240-314-8730,
http://www.redgategolf.com/home/) On Sept. 20, 2008 (Saturday).

Four great players have been identified to represent our Beida team.
Two tee times are booked (7:54am and 8:03am). All players will arrive
the course before 7:30am. The tournament is going to use the Callaway
system to compute the final score. The winner’ s team will obtain a
team award. There would also be two individual awards for the longest
drive and the closest pin, respectively. Our alumnus, David Wang, is
kind enough to sponsor the awards and lunch after the games.
